Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Mechanical Project Engineer, based in Alexandria, Egypt. The role requires a combination of on-site project involvement and opportunities for remote work. Key responsibilities include designing, analyzing, and overseeing mechanical systems and projects, utilizing CAD software, managing project timelines, coordinating Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) tasks, and collaborating across disciplines to ensure successful project completion. The successful candidate will focus on delivering high-quality, efficient, and sustainable solutions for maritime engineering challenges.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering and Project Engineering
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and related tools
• Strong Project Management skills to ensure timelines and objectives are met
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and team collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience within the maritime industry is a plus, though not mandatory
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment with reliable communication and time management skills
