Job Purpose
Supervising and ensuring proper execution of mechanical works on-site, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems, in compliance with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and related works).
- Ensure all mechanical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
- Monitor workmanship, materials, and installation methods on-site.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (electrical, civil, architectural) to resolve technical issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical systems and resolving site challenges.
- Inspect and approve materials and equipment delivered to site.
- Ensure mechanical works follow quality control procedures and standards.
- Conduct site inspections, tests, and verification of mechanical installations.
- Promote adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports on mechanical progress, issues, and quality.
- Maintain records of inspections, approvals, and as-built modifications.
- Document non-conformances and corrective actions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical site engineering
- Experience in MEP systems installation and supervision is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and installation methods
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant engineering software is an advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills

- Good command of English
