Main job duties and responsibilities:
- Review and validate mechanical design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Provide technical support for design optimization and value engineering exercises.
- Attend coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and issue quality/safety observations as necessary.
- Prepare technical reports, inspection checklists, progress reports, and as-built documentation.
- Monitor project timelines and report deviations or risks to management.
- Ensure all testing and commissioning documentation is complete and signed off.
- Ensure all mechanical works are performed in compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
- Liaise with local authorities for inspections, permits, and approvals where required.
Job requirements:
Educational background and previous experience:
- Bachelor's degree of Mechanical Engineering.
- Min. 3 years of relevant professional experience (Engineer).
