We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to oversee our mechanical projects in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical projects and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
- Manage and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Prepare and review technical documentation and reports.
- Train and mentor junior staff and ensure their professional development.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in mechanical supervision or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
