As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Mechanical Tender Engineer to join our Tendering Department and support the successful preparation of competitive mechanical bids. Key Responsibilities

• Study tender documents including specifications, drawings, BOQs, and schedules for HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
• Participate in preparing complete tender packages for Design & Build projects.
• Develop technical value engineering proposals without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with different disciplines to ensure accurate and complete pricing.
• Prepare detailed Cost Breakdown Structures covering materials, equipment, labor, logistics, and related costs.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and internal calculation sheets for mechanical trades.
• Negotiate with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects.
• Consolidate and finalize technical and commercial tender submissions in line with client requirements.
• Attend tender briefings, clarification meetings, and post-award discussions when required.
• Analyze actual project costs versus estimated budgets for performance improvement.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all tendering data and company information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 14 years of experience in mechanical tendering or estimation roles.
• Strong technical background in HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems.
• Experience in quantity take-off and cost estimation.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
