Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechatronics Sales Engineer located in Cairo, Egypt. The Mechatronics Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting and selling industrial and mechatronics solutions, and delivering exceptional customer support. The role involves understanding client requirements, providing technical support, preparing proposals, and building strong customer relationships to achieve sales goals. Collaboration with internal teams and staying updated on industry advancements will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Technical Support abilities with a thorough understanding of industrial and mechatronics equipment.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships effectively.
• Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to understand technical requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced and collaborative environment based in Cairo, Egypt.
