- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, compressors, fans, blowers, and piping systems.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and ensure proper operation of mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults and breakdowns.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.
- Conduct alignment of pumps, motors, and rotating equipment.
- Maintain lubrication schedules and ensure equipment reliability.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and technical specifications.
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and equipment history.
- Adhere to safety procedures and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Support other maintenance teams (electrical/plumbing) when required.
- Tools and Equipment: Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and testing instruments.
