The Role
We're looking for a Media Buyer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms to drive measurable growth for our clients. Your work will directly support performance, brand awareness, and revenue objectives.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Snapchat, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs to ensure strong ROAS and scalable results.
- Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights that guide optimization and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to request and refine ad creatives based on platform best practices.
- Stay updated with platform changes, performance trends, and competitor activities to strengthen campaign strategy.
- Prepare performance reports and communicate insights clearly with internal teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 03 years of experience in media buying or performance marketing
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Solid understanding of paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Ability to manage budgets efficiently and optimize toward KPIs
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent English required
