The role

Own paid performance across Meta, TikTok, Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube for a large product catalogue. This role is open at both specialist and senior level, with scope set to match experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, structure and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube
• Manage daily pacing against monthly budget and respond to performance anomalies
• Own product feed health and catalogue accuracy in Google Merchant Center
• Run a weekly creative testing cadence and brief creative accordingly
• Maintain account hygiene across audience exclusions, event quality, Conversions API and pixel integrity
• Manage search query mining and negative keyword strategy
• Report against paid GMV, ROAS and cost per acquisition
• Coordinate brand term strategy with organic search
  
  

Qualifications

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years buying paid media, with genuine depth in either paid social or paid search
• Evidence of the monthly ad spend you have personally owned
• Working knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution, including GA4 and pixel or Conversions API setup
• Analytical fluency across spreadsheets and dashboards
• Ability to brief and evaluate creative on performance

• E-commerce or marketplace experience
• Product feed management in Google Merchant Center
• Mobile attribution platform experience such as Adjust or AppsFlyer
• Server-side tracking implementation
• Experience across both paid social and paid search
