This is a full-time role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist located in Cairo, Egypt to work with 30+ employees. The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing daily HR functions, including managing HR policies, employee benefits, and benefits administration. Additionally, the role involves supporting HR management tasks such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. Collaboration with various departments to implement HR strategies and initiatives is also expected.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct audience research and select the most effective targeting strategies.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and minimise wasted spending.
- Prepare performance reports and provide insights to the Client Engagement Manager and clients.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies.
- Stay updated on platform updates, trends, and best practices to ensure competitive performance.
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure creative assets align with ad strategy.
- Test new channels, formats, and approaches to improve results
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- 24 years of proven experience as a Digital Media Buyer or Paid Ads Specialist.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and preferably TikTok Ads.
- Analytical mindset with strong skills in data interpretation and optimisation.
- Experience managing medium-to-large ad budgets.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Arabic (native) and English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
