Job Summary
We are looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer to generate qualified leads and project opportunities for our software solutions (custom systems, ERP implementations, enterprise platforms, etc.).
The role focuses on driving high-quality B2B leads, supporting the sales pipeline, and optimizing acquisition costs for high-value software projects.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop paid media strategies aligned with business development goals
Identify target industries and decision-makers (CEOs, IT Managers, Operations Directors)
Build campaign funnels tailored for long sales cycles
Campaign Execution
Launch and manage campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search & Display)
LinkedIn Ads (B2B targeting)
Meta Ads
Programmatic platforms (if needed)
Create campaigns focused on:
Consultation bookings
Proposal requests
Demo requests
Case study downloads
Coordinate with content and design teams for creatives and landing pages
Lead Quality & Optimization
Work closely with Sales team to ensure lead qualification
Optimize campaigns based on:
Cost per Lead (CPL)
Cost per Opportunity
Conversion to Proposal
Track performance using:
Google Analytics
GTM
CRM systems
Budget & Performance Management
Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively
Scale campaigns that generate high-value projects
Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports
Provide recommendations for improving ROI
Required Qualifications
25 years of experience in media buying or performance marketing
Experience generating B2B leads
Strong understanding of long sales cycle funnels
Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
Analytical and data-driven mindset
Preferred Skills
Experience marketing:
ERP systems
Healthcare systems
Enterprise solutions
Custom software development services
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
Strong understanding of B2B buyer behavior
