Role Overview

Persian Horizon is looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising across digital platforms. This role is focused on performance, lead quality, and ROI not just spending budget.

You will work closely with growth, content, and sales teams to drive qualified leads for investment, advisory, and acquisition-related campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Allocate and optimize budgets based on performance and CAC targets
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, formats, and landing pages
  • Track and report on key metrics: CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead quality, conversion rates
  • Coordinate with content and design teams to brief ad creatives
  • Scale winning campaigns and stop underperforming ones quickly
  • Ensure correct tracking setup (pixels, events, conversions)
  • Provide clear weekly performance summaries and insights
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (LinkedIn is a plus)
  • Experience running lead generation and high-value service campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable managing medium to large monthly ad budgets
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
Nice to Have
  • Experience in investment, financial services, real estate, or high-ticket B2B
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations and lead pipelines
  • Experience working with international audiences
