Role Description

The Media Buyer is responsible for planning, negotiating, and managing the purchase of advertising space across digital and traditional platforms. This role focuses on optimizing media investments to ensure maximum ROI, reach, and campaign performance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, and the ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute media buying strategies aligned with client goals and campaign objectives.

Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic channels.

Conduct market and audience research to identify optimal targeting strategies.

Negotiate rates and placements with media vendors and platforms to maximize value.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).

Adjust and optimize campaigns daily to improve ROI and meet KPIs.

Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad creatives align with media strategy.

Stay updated with media trends, platform updates, and advertising best practices.

Track and manage media budgets, ensuring efficient spending and accurate billing.

Provide performance reports and insights to the marketing and account management teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Media Buyer, Digital Marketing Specialist, or PPC Specialist (preferably in an agency environment).

Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).

Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

Familiarity with SEO, SEM, remarketing, and conversion tracking.

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Sheets.

Strong negotiation, communication, and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
