What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Analyze campaign performance and track KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, A/B testing, and retargeting strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the creative and content teams to ensure aligned, high-performing ad creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, media buying tools, and platform algorithms.
• Report campaign performance and insights to leadership and suggest actionable improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of proven experience in media buying and paid digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and ideally TikTok Ads.
• Strong understanding of ad funnels, audience segmentation, and remarketing.
• Ability to manage budgets effectively and drive strong ROI.
• Detail-oriented with a performance-first mindset.
