We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Media Buyer to join our growing team.
The Media Buyer is the engine responsible for driving qualified lead generation by strategically planning, executing, and optimizing all paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms. The role exists to ensure the efficient allocation of marketing spend, maximizing conversion rates, and achieving optimal Cost Per Lead (CPL) to directly fuel sales pipeline growth.
Main Functions & Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Execution and Management
- Campaign Launch: Plan and launch advertising campaigns across key platforms: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search/Display), TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct continuous daily monitoring of active campaigns to identify immediate opportunities and issues.
- Optimization: Daily optimization of campaigns by adjusting targeting, placements, bids, and budgets to improve lead quality and minimize acquisition cost (CPL). Lead Quality Control: Daily review and analysis of lead quality and acquisition cost, reporting daily performance updates to the marketing team.
2.Strategy and Analysis
- Reporting: Prepare and share detailed campaign performance reports, translating data into actionable insights for the wider marketing and sales teams.
- Budget Allocation: Allocate and adjust paid advertising budgets based on real-time campaign performance and strategic priorities.
- Strategic Research: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Testing and Iteration: Continuously test new hypotheses, ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign efficiency.
- Strategy Review: Prepare a full performance analysis and improvement plan and participate in quarterly strategy meetings.
3. Collaboration and Coordination
- Creative Coordination: Plan and coordinate the creation of new ad copies, creatives, and visuals with the design and content teams.
- Ad Testing: Test different ad copies and visuals to determine the best-performing assets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Knowledge & Experience - Expert-level
- knowledge and practical experience managing complex campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search & PMax), TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, bidding models, and lead qualification metrics.
- Strong proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
2. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of legal licenses and permissions processes for GCC branches is required for coordination.
