Job Description

Overview

  • Translating the overarching media strategy into actionable, category-specific plans, ensuring timely and effective execution across all offline and digital non-biddable channels.
  • Managing day-to-day planning, coordinating with internal teams and external parties, tracking performance, and ensuring campaigns are delivered with precision and impact.
  • Provide support in reporting, insights generation, and ensuring alignment with both client objectives and our broader media vision.
  • Vendors engagement.
  • Oversee competitive development and aligns with the Sr Manager and Business Director on translating competitors activities into strategic insights.
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager and Performance Manager on integrated campaigns to deliver on the business objectives of the client.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong experience in full-funnel media planning and buying (Awareness, Traffic, Conversion/Purchase), including eCommerce media planning and buying.
  • Proficiency in market research and insight tools such as GWI, Statex, Euromonitor, and other relevant platforms to build data-driven strategies.
  • Solid understanding of TV planning and buying (this is essential if we are unable to find a Senior Executive with strong TV expertise).
  • Advanced knowledge of all major digital and social platforms (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, DV360, and Programmatic Display), including familiarity with premium formats and the ability to recommend new test-and-learn opportunities.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including tracking and evaluating eCommerce performance through GA4 and other analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in developing media strategies and proposals grounded in insights, rationale, and performance data.
  • Excellent client servicing skills, as they will act as the main day-to-day point of contact and must be able to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Highly organized and structured, with the ability to implement clear processes for the wider team.
  • Experience managing a team of executives, acting as a mentor and guiding force while implementing development and growth plans.
  • Ability to coach junior team members to consistently deliver high-quality work on time and support their professional development.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role of at 5 - 7years
  • Education: Marketing, Finance, Communication, or related fields.
