Role Description
- Manage a portfolio of medical insurance accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert advice on medical insurance products.
- Develop strong relationships with insurance providers to negotiate competitive terms, coverage options, and renewals.
- Analyze clients medical insurance needs to recommend suitable plans and coverage enhancements.
- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, presentations, and reports to clients.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and advise clients accordingly.

- Proven experience (1-3 years) in medical insurance account management or a similar role within the insurance industry.

- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
