This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Medical Case Manager. The Medical Case Manager will coordinate and oversee patient care plans, ensuring efficient utilization of medical resources and comprehensive case management services. Responsibilities include liaising with healthcare providers, assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, managing cases of disabilities, and monitoring the progress of medical treatments to ensure patient satisfaction and well-being.

• Expertise in Medical Case Management and Case Management processes
• Experience in Disability Management and providing Case Management Services
• Proficiency in Utilization Management to optimize the use of healthcare resources
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Relevant certifications or degrees in healthcare, nursing, or social work
• Familiarity with healthcare systems in the UAE is a plus
