Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Medical Doctor based in Dubai.

The successful candidate will provide high-level medical consultations and ongoing patient care while collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions

Delivering evidence-informed, patient-centered care

Contributing to preventative health, rehabilitation, and wellness programs

Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with UAE regulations

Supporting integrated treatment strategies alongside physiotherapists and allied health professionals

Acting as a trusted medical advisor to a discerning and health-conscious patient population

Qualifications & Experience

Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with valid DHA license (or eligibility)

Demonstrated clinical expertise in diagnosis, patient care, and treatment planning

Strong understanding of medical ethics, compliance, and healthcare standards in the UAE

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multidisciplinary clinical environment

Highly Valued Experience:

Background or clinical exposure in Functional Medicine, Family Medicine, Longevity Medicine, Preventative Health, or Integrative Care

Experience working within a multidisciplinary or wellness-focused clinical setting

Familiarity with data-driven health optimization and personalized care models

Dubai Market Experience:

Candidates are expected to have prior clinical experience in Dubai (or the UAE), with an established professional network and an existing patient base. A strong understanding of the local healthcare landscape and patient expectations is essential.
