Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist at Orthosports Medical Center in Dubai, UAE. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, receptionist duties, medical terminology, and managing the medical office's administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties skills
• Phone Etiquette skills
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Experience in Medical Office administration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Close bills by following company protocols, follow up and collect pending payments.
• Upsell services by following company guidelines
• Encourage patients to leave positive google reviews
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Proficiency in additional languages is beneficial
