Job Purpose
To promote, market, and sell orthopedic medical devices and implants to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics. The role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and increasing brand awareness for OrthoHouse products.
Key Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and demonstrate orthopedic devices and implants to surgeons, doctors, and hospital procurement teams.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, and hospital staff.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the orthopedic segment.
- Submit daily reports, expense statements, and competitor activity reports as per company policy.
- Gather feedback on competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure all promotional activities adhere to ethical standards and company guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, or related field.
- Experience:
- 05 years of experience as a Medical Representative in medical devices or Pharmaceutical Experience
