Role Description This is a full-time Medical Sales Representative role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Medical Sales Representative will promote and sell Artech's medical devices, implants, and diagnostic products to healthcare professionals and institutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations; building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff; and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, providing post-sale support, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The representative is expected to stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity to support strategic sales planning.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and provide professional support.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and/or Pharmacy to understand clinical needs and product applications.
- Candidates should possess skills in relationship management, territory planning, and account development.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in a medical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in medical devices or healthcare sales in Egypt is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time independently, and travel within Cairo and surrounding regions as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, with strong documentation and reporting abilities.
