Role Overview
As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting medical products and solutions to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships, and driving sustainable sales growth. You will act as a key link between the company and medical stakeholders while representing the brand with professionalism and credibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote assigned medical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts
- Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets
- Conduct regular field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust-based, long-term professional relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Fluent in English (Arabic is required)
