Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Sales Representative located in Kfar Elsheikh. The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for tasks such as sales of medical products, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, providing customer service, and promoting pharmaceutical and medical solutions.

Qualifications :

  • Promote and sell company's products
  • Increase product's awareness
  • Answer queries for doctors and customers
  • Provide advice and introduce new products
  • Organizing appointments and meetings with the community- and hospital-based healthcare staff
  • Negotiating with doctors and customers
  • Preparing weekly, monthly and annual reports
  • Attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences, meetings and workshops related to doctors and customers
  • Arranging appointments and making presentations for doctors and customers
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships
  • Keeping detailed records of all contacts
  • Planning work schedules weekly and monthly timetables
  • Reaching annual sales targets
  • Collecting complete data from competitors in his area
  • Keep doctors & patient loyalty to the company
  • Achieving financial target
  • Attending all sales meetings & training scheduled by the company.
  • Meeting the Sales department's objectives and KPIs.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree of (Commerce, Science, Agriculture or any related faculty).
  • Fresh or experience in the same field (preferred experienced).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good time management and planning skills.
  • Good objection handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Self-learning.
  • Self-motivation.
  • Teamwork Skills.
