more accessible and affordable. We partner with veterinary clinics, groomers, and pet service

providers to offer comprehensive coverage and care for pets across Egypt.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Medical Representative (Sales) to join our growing

team with a strong commercial mindset to accelerate Leona's market expansion. This role is

responsible for driving revenue growth, closing new partnerships, and maximizing policy sales

through conducting on-ground activations, and promoting Leona Pet Plan's insurance solutions

to veterinarians, clinic staff, and pet owners

This role is field-based and requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building

skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit veterinary clinics and pet service providers within assigned territory to introduce

and promote Leona Pet Plan services.

Generate revenue by promoting and selling Leona Pet Plan insurance products across

assigned territories.

Increase the number of partner clinics and service providers by identifying and securing

new partnerships.

Conduct on-ground activations and promotional activities inside clinics to educate clients

and drive policy sign-ups.

Achieve monthly sales targets, including partnership sign-ups, activation volumes, and

policy conversions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, clinic managers, and front desk

teams.

Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to the marketing and operations

teams.

Identify new business opportunities through territory mapping, lead generation, and

competitor intelligence.

Provide structured daily reporting on leads, sales pipeline, conversions, and revenue

performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Business, Marketing, or related field.

13 years of experience in field sales, medical representation, or business development

(preferably in veterinary, pharma, or insurance sectors).

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.

Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.

Owns a car and holds a valid driving license (mandatory).
