We provide end-to-end services, including concept planning, design, construction, furnishing, and the installation of medical equipment for diverse healthcare settings. As an authorized agent for global dental equipment suppliers such as Drr Dental, IMES ICORE, and Simple & Smart, we support dental clinics with a comprehensive range of equipment including imaging, compressors, suction systems, and dental units. MK Roots is committed to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions to meet the specific needs of medical and dental facilities.

Role Description

The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for growing the company's client base by identifying, approaching, and establishing relationships with medical and dental professionals. Key responsibilities include presenting and promoting medical and dental equipment, managing client accounts, negotiating sales agreements, and ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing support. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility to work from home as needed. Other duties may include market analysis and creating tailored sales strategies to meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and build strong client relationships
  • Knowledge of medical and dental equipment or experience in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with market research and strategy development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, independently and as part of a team
  • A Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Biomedical engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Owing a car is preffered
