Responsibilities..
Conduct engaging product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting features, benefits, and clinical advantages of our medical devices.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
Manage key accounts by providing ongoing support, training, and technical guidance to ensure optimal product utilization.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with client needs while meeting company objectives.
Deliver comprehensive sales presentations utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to communicate product value propositions effectively.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical support, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product deployment.

Experience..
Proven success in B2B sales within the medical or pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating strong negotiation and account management skills.
Prior experience in outside sales roles with a focus on medical sales or technical products is highly preferred.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver impactful product demos and articulate complex technical information clearly.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently while maintaining detailed records of interactions and transactions.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting and presentation purposes.
Demonstrated ability to analyze market data, customer needs, and sales metrics to develop strategic approaches for growth.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in medical or healthcare sales
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work across multiple governorates and travel as needed
Self-driven, target-oriented, and well-organized
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Biomedical, Science, or related discipline is preferred)
Valid driving license is a plus
