Job description

This position is based in Kuwait and will report to the Team Manager. 3-5 years of experience is required in tendering and purchasing.

Responsibilities

  1. Receive and handle inquiries, contracts, and complete orders for the concerned department.
  2. Arrange and maintain the tender cost sheet.
  3. Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
  4. Prepare quotations and arrange tenders.
  5. Prepare stock orders and coordinate with the concerned supplier.
  6. Follow up on shipments until port arrival and liaise with customs clearance agents.
  7. Coordinate with the store to arrange customer deliveries according to the delivery schedule.
  8. Follow up with the invoicing team to ensure timely invoice preparation.
  9. Prepare reports for all submitted and ongoing tenders.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

-Professional email skills

-Good understanding of using Microsoft office

-Good understanding of trade rules and customs regulations
