MEP BIM Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler Mechanical to join our team working on building construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mechanical BIM modeling, with hands-on experience in creating, coordinating, and managing 3D mechanical models using industry-standard BIM software.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting.

Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure clash-free, integrated models.

Collaborate closely with design consultants and contractors to support design validation and project execution.

Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts using BIM coordination tools.

Assist in preparing BIM execution plans, project documentation, and model deliverables.

Ensure compliance with UAE standards and project requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeler in building construction projects in the UAE.

Proficient in BIM software such as Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related tools.

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection).

Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
