Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Construction Manager.
The MEP Construction Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising all MEP construction activities on site, ensuring work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role includes coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and other disciplines, resolving technical and construction issues, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project timelines.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in MEP construction and site execution.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Proven experience in managing MEP construction works on large-scale projects.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure timely project delivery.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Good understanding of project scheduling, cost control, quality standards, and safety regulations.
