We are looking to hire Electrical and Mechanical Draftsmen for full-time, on-site roles based in
Dubai. The Draftsmen will be responsible for creating detailed electrical engineering and mechanical drawings. The roles involve utilizing AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is a plus) to produce accurate technical plans and working closely with the engineering team to ensure designs meet project specifications.
Job Role
- Prepare detailed shop drawings and as-built drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Interpret design specifications, tender drawings, and project requirements provided by engineers and consultants
- Ensure drawings comply with UAE construction standards, regulations, and project specifications
- Coordinate with MEP engineers and other disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure design accuracy

- Revise and update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and consultant/engineer feedback
- Maintain organized documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals
- Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and material submittals when required
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in MEP drafting within the UAE.
- Proficient in electrical/Mechanical engineering drawings
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory) Revit/BIM knowledge is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with UAE building codes, authority standards (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, ADDC, etc.).X
- Ability to interpret and produce detailed, precise technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with engineers, consultants, and siteteams
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the construction and consultancy industry
- Proven experience in high end luxury villas, penthouse ,high end restaurants and commercial projects
