Job Summary:
We are seeking an MEP Engineer to support the coordination, review, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across real estate projects. The role focuses on ensuring MEP systems are aligned with design requirements, construction schedules, and quality standards through close coordination with internal teams and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and coordinate MEP drawings and technical submissions.
- Monitor MEP works on site to ensure compliance with approved designs.
- Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, and Construction teams.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems.
- Support shop drawings, material approvals, and as-built documentation.
- Ensure MEP works comply with project specifications and local codes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in MEP works within construction or real estate projects.
- Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and coordinate technical drawings.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
