About the Role:

Designing and engineering high-velocity delivery hubs that maximize productivity per square meter.

Job Responsibilities

• AutoCAD Design: Produce optimized floor plans for all needed sites, focusing on U-shaped flow, conveyor placement, and courier dispatch zones.
• Civil & Electrical Oversight: Supervise the fit-out of HVAC, fire suppression, and high-load electrical systems (required for autosorters).
• Technical Audit: Conduct pre-buy structural audits of prospective sites to ensure floor-load and height compliance.
• Lean Implementation: Design hub layouts that force adherence to 5S methodology and minimize waste in parcel handling..

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering or MEP Engineering.
• 6-7 years of relevant experience in fit-out projects, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or commercial environments.
• Strong expertise in fit-out design and execution.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Solid knowledge of OSHA and NFPA standards and safety regulations
