Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh for an MEP Engineer at MBA Office. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of building projects. Key responsibilities include designing and reviewing building service systems, ensuring seamless MEP coordination, and supervising project implementation to meet quality standards. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders to deliver integrated building solutions is a critical part of this role.

Qualifications

• 2-3 Years of Experience
• Revit MEP Proficiency
• BIM Model coordination knowledge
• Saudi Building Code knowledge
• Must be ready to join immediately.
• Active SCE Membership
• Transferable Iqama
• Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), including MEP Coordination and Building Services
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Plumbing and Electrical Engineering
• Proficiency in developing and reviewing technical designs and ensuring compliance with building standards
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team
• Experience with industry-standard software tools and relevant project management tools
• Previous experience in architecture or building engineering projects is an advantage
