Role Description

In this role, you will focus on the operational side of project management ensuring consistency, efficiency, and visibility across all projects. You'll play a key part in improving workflows, tracking performance, and supporting project teams with the tools and structure they need to succeed.

Qualifications

  • Support end-to-end project operations and coordination
  • Develop and maintain project tracking tools, dashboards, and reports
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Ensure adherence to internal project management processes and standards
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Coordinate communication between teams, stakeholders, and management
  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and project performance analysis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in project operations, PMO, or coordination roles
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Knowledge of PM methodologies
