Role Description
In this role, you will focus on the operational side of project management ensuring consistency, efficiency, and visibility across all projects. You'll play a key part in improving workflows, tracking performance, and supporting project teams with the tools and structure they need to succeed.
Qualifications
- Support end-to-end project operations and coordination
- Develop and maintain project tracking tools, dashboards, and reports
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Ensure adherence to internal project management processes and standards
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate communication between teams, stakeholders, and management
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and project performance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in project operations, PMO, or coordination roles
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Knowledge of PM methodologies
