MEP Construction Manager – UAE

Your Role

• Lead and manage daily site operations for MEP installation works, ensuring efficiency and productivity targets are achieved.
• Oversee method statements, risk assessments, and DSTI schedules, ensuring compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers to manage procurement schedules, including long-lead items and material delivery timelines.
• Ensure all drawings, specifications, and contract documents are up to date and properly communicated to site teams.
• Monitor and maintain site records, including progress, constraints, and resource requirements.
• Drive testing & commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and client expectations.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and performance standards.
• Promote a zero-defect and safety-first culture, minimizing LTI and near misses.
• Track and improve team performance, ensuring optimal workforce productivity and engagement.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years experience in MEP construction, with at least 2–3 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and construction standards.
• PMP or other project management certification is desirable.
• Experience in sustainable building practices, Agile or Lean methodologies is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced project environments.
