MEP Manager

MakePlace Development is looking for an experienced and highly motivated MEP Manager to join our Construction Team.

Location: New Cairo, Egypt

• Manage and supervise all MEP activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, and Low Current works.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents.
• Ensure MEP works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Coordinate MEP works with Civil, Architectural, and other project disciplines.
• Manage and monitor MEP subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
• Follow up on testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.
• Monitor progress, manpower, materials, and MEP-related costs.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and applicable codes and standards.
• Lead and support the MEP engineering and technical teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in MEP construction and project management.
• Strong experience in construction projects, preferably residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, specifications, and site execution.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
