MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract Team Leader)

The MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract Team Leader) will be responsible for leading all pre-contract commercial and cost management activities related to MEP works. The role requires strong consultancy experience, the ability to manage a team, and direct engagement with clients and stakeholders to ensure accurate cost planning and successful tendering processes.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (MEP focus)
• At least 5 years of experience in the GCC
• Minimum 2 years in pre-contract cost consultancy
• Proven experience working with consultancies (mandatory)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage pre-contract teams
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, cost planning, and tendering processes
• MRICS qualification is preferred
• Proficiency in Cost X is essential
