| 3. KEY RESPONSIBILITY |
- Lead and supervise MEP technicians (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) during daily operations.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure completion of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Inspect MEP systems and identify issues requiring repair or escalation.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and contractors for technical requirements.
- Review and verify work quality, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, checklists, and reports.
- Support in training and guiding technicians to improve skills and performance.
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests and manage emergency situations.

| 5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS |
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP-related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in MEP maintenance, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing networks.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS systems is an advantage
