This is a full-time, on-site role for a MEP Technical Office professional based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves preparing technical and engineering drawings, reviewing MEP designs, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additional responsibilities may include supporting project execution, providing technical insights, and contributing to quality assurance processes.

• Proficiency in technical drawing, MEP design review, and understanding of engineering principles.
• Experience in project coordination, quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards.
• Familiarity with construction and real estate development processes, particularly related to MEP systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant engineering applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field of Engineering is required.
• Previous experience in the construction or real estate sector is highly advantageous.
