Job Description

  • Review tender documents including drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works
  • Request and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Perform quantity take-offs and pricing analysis
  • Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions
  • Coordinate with procurement, technical office, and project management teams
  • Identify risks and propose cost-effective solutions during the tender stage
  • Ensure timely submission of competitive and compliant bids

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 5-10 years of experience in MEP tendering or cost estimation
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes
  • Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
