Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Tendering Engineer, based in Cairo, Egypt. The role is primarily responsible for pricing MEP projects and evaluating mechanical and electrical offers submitted to the company. Key responsibilities include preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing and comparing suppliers and subcontractors quotations, reviewing project specifications and BOQs, and ensuring technical and commercial compliance. The MEP Tendering Engineer will work closely with the design, procurement, and project management teams to support tender submissions and cost-effective decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MEP Coordination and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Experience: 8-12 years in Tendering
• In-depth knowledge of Plumbing and Electrical or Mechanical Engineering principles
• Experience with Building Services and related systems design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively
• Relevant degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field
• Previous experience in tendering processes is an advantage
