Job Description

Job Purpose

To ensure effective presentation, promotion, and sale of products which involves strategic planning, coordination, and execution of merchandising activities to maximize sales and profitability.

Job Responsibilities

  • Inventory Control:Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability to meet customer demand.
  • Sales Analysis:Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Vendor Relations:Maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Promotional Planning:Coordinate promotional activities and campaigns to boost sales and customer engagement.
  • Market Research:Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Budget Management:Manage the merchandising budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and maximizing ROI.
  • Compliance:Ensure all merchandising activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field

Experience

  • Minimum five years of experience in merchandising.

Language

  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
