Key Accountabilities:
- Work Closely with Merchant Acquisition Sales Team Leader by conducting Regular meetings to ensure aligning with ADI Consumer Finance objectives
- Achieve Merchant Acquisition monthly targets through providing excellent customer service to develop ADI objectives.
- Spot Merchant Acquisition market opportunities by conducting several market scans to capture new opportunities and have a competitive edge.
- Generate Leads through making cold calls & attending events presenting ADI Consumer Finance Products to achieve the organization objectives.
- Communicate with all internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with ADI Consumer Finance objectives & ensure smooth on boarding and activation.
- Train merchants on how to use dashboards, accept payments and use ADI Consumer Finance features for better customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or its equivalence.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or any related field of work, consumer finance experience is a plus.
