Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a (Sr) Project Sales Engineer, based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves developing and managing project sales processes, maintaining and expanding a network of loyal customers, and providing expert consultation on company solutions. Responsibilities include generating sales leads, building professional relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the timely achievement of sales objectives. Collaboration with internal teams to refine sales strategies and identify market opportunities will also be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Project Sales and Sales, with the ability to generate leads and close deals successfully.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships and address client needs effectively.
  • Experience in Sales Management, including the development of sales strategies and tracking project performance.
  • MBA certificate is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Relevant engineering degree in mechanical or electrical field.
  • Knowledge or experience in energy efficiency is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in Water Pumps
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to deliver client-focused solutions.
