Merchant Relationship Executive

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Merchant Relationship Executive to join with our client in Dubai. This role focuses on merchant acquisition, relationship management, business development, and increasing card acceptance across service establishments.

Role: Merchant Relationship Executive

Location: Dubai

Salary: 12000 - 15000 AED

Experience: 5-15 years

The Merchant Relationship Executive will be responsible for:

• Signing and onboarding new Service Establishments (SEs)
• Increasing discount business and activity ratios
• Strengthening merchant relationships to improve satisfaction
• Achieving assigned sales and performance targets

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong presentation and professional sales skills
• Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
• Persuasive communication and objection-handling ability
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of card acquiring / merchant acquiring processes
• Understanding of competitive market activity
• Knowledge of geographical business landscape in Dubai
• Familiarity with online systems and reporting tools
