Job Description

Supervise Credit Analysis, set performance targets, and provide training on lending procedures.
Assess creditworthiness, analyze risk, and approve/decline loan applications.
Monitor repayment rates, manage delinquencies, and ensure the quality of the loan portfolio.
Evaluate client businesses, verify collateral, and manage client relations.
Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on team performance and portfolio quality for senior management.
Promote micro-credit products to attract new clients and achieve growth goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 25 years of experience in lending, with at least 12 years in a supervisory role.
Strong numerical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in lending procedures, risk analysis, and MS Office (Excel/Word).
