Overview:
We are looking for a talented MS Dynamics 365 F&O Developer to support and enhance our cloud-based Microsoft D365 Finance & Supply Chain solution. You will be part of a high-performing team delivering robust enterprise solutions and development services that empower business users and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop modifications and extensions to standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain solutions.
- Responsible for coding, unit testing, and creating supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to design and implement workflows, reports, integrations, customizations, and data conversions within D365 F&O.
- Provide technical input during the creation of functional specifications for custom solutions.
- Support data migration activities, ensuring accurate alignment of data models and utilizing Microsoft migration and integration tools
- Develop and implement SSRS reports based on business requirements and standards.
- Provide technical expertise and ongoing support in development technologies and environments.
- Test solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with established standards.
- Provide development estimates to support prioritization and project planning.
- Apply Microsoft D365 development methodology and understand its role within the overall project lifecycle.
- Use ITSM tools (e.g., Jira) to manage and track assigned tasks and tickets.
- Work extensively with Azure DevOps, including repositories, branching, pipelines, and deployment packages.
- Manage environments using Life Cycle Services (LCS), including deployments and database management.
- Create and maintain project documentation (Functional Designs, User Guides, Training Materials, etc.).
- Provide technical support to Dynamics end users (technical and non-technical).
- Participate in and document design sessions, translating business requirements into technical solutions including user stories, use cases, data flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Follow Microsoft best practices for environment configuration and code implementation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience / Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance & SCM).
- Strong knowledge of X++ programming language.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX architecture.
- Hands-on experience with LCS, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio tools.
- Proven experience in development, implementation, customization, testing, and support within D365 F&O environments.
- Experience creating project documentation (FDs, user manuals, training materials, etc.).
- Strong collaboration skills with functional consultants and support teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
