We are seeking an experienced Microsoft SharePoint Administrator with 5+ years of experience in managing SharePoint environments (On-Premises and/or SharePoint Online). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system availability, performance, and security, while supporting users and optimizing collaboration platforms within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain SharePoint Server (On-Prem) and/or SharePoint Online (M365) environments.
Manage site collections, permissions, content databases, and workflows.
Perform system monitoring, ensuring availability and performance of SharePoint services.
Implement and manage backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes.
Support integration with Power Platform, Teams, and OneDrive.
Collaborate with development teams to deploy custom solutions and enhancements.
Maintain security configurations, compliance settings, and audit logs.
Troubleshoot performance issues, outages, and system errors.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and change logs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in SharePoint administration.
Strong experience with SharePoint 2016 / 2019 / Online (M365).
Experience with Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server.
Experience with Active Directory and ADFS integration.
Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting.
Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and services.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and security controls.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
