About the Role
We are looking for a Mid-Level Revit Architect who will be responsible for hands-on architectural production, documentation, and visualization. The role will report directly to the Senior Architect.
Work Set-up: 100% Work from home
Work Schedule: Early Day Shift - 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine Time (Aligned with Australian Business Hours)
What You'll Do (Duties and Responsibilities)
- Hands-on BIM Production: Perform daily, hands-on Revit modeling and detailed architectural documentation under the guidance of the Senior Architect.
- AU Detailing Support: Apply a solid understanding of Australian construction details to build accurate sheet setups, joinery packages, and drawing sets.
- 3D Visualization & Rendering: Produce high-quality architectural renders and visual presentations using D5 Render, Enscape, Twinmotion, Lumion, or V-Ray.
- Collaborative Execution: Work closely with the Senior Architect to execute design revisions, resolve detailing challenges, and maintain model integrity.
- Adaptable Workflow: Flexibly balance technical production tasks with real-time rendering demands across various project stages.
What You Bring (Skills, Qualifications or Experience)
- Experience Level: Minimum 5+ years professional experience.
- Technical Foundation (non-negotiable): Solid knowledge of Australian construction details and documentation standards, with the drive and capacity to learn quickly on complex tasks.
- Software Proficiency (non-negotiable): Advanced user in Revit for production and documentation.
- Visualization: Ability to produce high-quality architectural renders when required using D5 Render (or similar high-end visualization tools like Enscape/Twinmotion).
- Work Ethic: Adaptable, fast learner who collaborates well under the guidance of a Senior Architect.
